Staff was extremely polite, pool area was great, and breakfast was absolutely superb. Functional, generally comfortable room, with spacious bed and pillows. Short way from the clean beach.

Cheap continental breakfast options. Room had a bright bathroom that we liked. Staff was cheerful, sincere, and responded promptly to requests. A nice beach, excellent view.

Pet-friendly rooms and an above average breakfast, excellent base for visiting Pigeon Forge. Staff were ready to help, providing good service. Fantastic view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. The hotel was spotless and the location was the best.

Will certainly stay here again if ever in Pigeon Forge. Queen room had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffee maker, everything worked for us. The accommodation is in the middle of the town.
